What You'll Do
- Apply professional lawn care treatments using commercial-grade equipment
- Diagnose lawn conditions and recommend solutions that improve turf health
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment
- Manage a daily service route efficiently and independently
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop
- Maintain accurate service records using company technology
- Identify opportunities to introduce neighbors to our services and generate warm leads

What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to regularly lift 40–50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Available to work occasional Saturdays during peak season
