We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our Delray Beach team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. This position requires an individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, exhibit strong leadership, take initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must also be able to follow instructions and work well with other kitchen staff and be able to lead in the kitchen along with the Chef and be able to manage and lead shifts in the absence of the Chef. We are a growing company with plenty of growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure that all food items are stored and handled properly.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures when handling food.
- Assist in the preparation of food items for service.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Monitor food quality and quantity during service.
- Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
