Captain – Front of House
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Department: Lodge
Reports To: Lodge Manager & Executive Chef
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Seasonal
This Is Not Your Typical Restaurant Job
Working a season at Blixt & Co is unlike any hospitality position you'll find elsewhere.
One moment you're serving a multi-course tasting menu worthy of Chef's Table. The next, you're pouring whiskey for guests beside a fire after a day in the field or serving lunch beneath a safari tent in an aspen meadow with the Grand Tetons in the distance.
Our guests aren't just customers—they become familiar faces. You'll know them by name, remember how they take their eggs in the morning, prepare their favorite evening cocktail without asking, and create experiences they'll remember long after they leave.
If you're passionate about luxury hospitality, thrive on attention to detail, and naturally lead by example, we'd love to welcome you aboard.
