Job Title: Sr. Collections Associate II *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments*
Pay Range: $25/hour to $35/hour
Shifts Available: 8am to 4:30pm (5*8 hr Days)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Duration: 13+ Weeks

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19104 (May rotate to hybrid later, however starting onsite)
Note: Billing/ Cash-Posting - Homecare Pharmacy DME DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIP INFUSION Fully On-Site 5 Day/ Wk – Beginning – cash posting to billing - A/R Work ***The department is looking for very experience AR Reps, only apply if you have a good amount of AR Reps experience***
Required:
- Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two (2) years of experience in billing, A/R, payment posting, operations, or related role.
Job Duties:
- Resolve unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims.
- Manage healthcare A/R and follow up with insurance payers.
- Submit appeals and make appropriate account adjustments.
- Research payer requirements, claim issues, and payment trends.
- Document account activity accurately.
- Work with billing, coding, medical records, and other departments.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance requirements.
