TEXAS Food Manager Certification or ServSafe REQUIRED

Characteristics we are looking for include:
- Outgoing and Friendly personality
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated
- Fast paced and sense of urgency
- Decision making and ability to work under pressure
- Capable to work long shifts on their feet
- Restaurant Management Experience a MUST
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Maintaining kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in clean and orderly condition according to OSHA and food safety regulations
- Stocking, FIFO inventory, quality control, special cleaning tasks, organization, and preparation of all of the items offered in our menu
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (night or day shifts). All day Sunday availability is a must.
- TEXAS Food Manager Certification or ServSafe REQUIRED

Pay: $15.00 per hour
