Duties
- Create targeted list of businesses that fit our client criteria.
- Engage in proactive cold calling and warm calling to generate new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our commercial cleaning client base.
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach.
- Develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Close sales efficiently by demonstrating the value of our cleaning services, addressing client needs, and overcoming objections confidently.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B (business-to-business) sales within a corporate or enterprise selling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective negotiation and deal closing techniques.
- Experience with sales management systems proficiency
- Strong background in technical or software sales, with an understanding of how to communicate complex service offerings clearly.
- Business development experience focused on expanding market reach through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions convincingly and build rapport quickly.
- Leadership qualities that enable you to manage customer accounts proactively while identifying opportunities for growth.
Pay structure
- $18/hr
- $100/appointment set
- $100/closed contract
- 10% of every contracts net profit per month, for the entirety of the contract length
