Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with medical documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Support patients with mobility needs, including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Engage in specialized care in settings such as hospice care, behavioral health units, or pediatrics.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans effectively.
Job Type
This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with various shift options, including 6 pm to 6 am or 10 pm to 6 am.
Experience
Prior experience with medical documentation systems is a valuable asset.
Experience in specialized areas, such as memory care or hospice care, is beneficial in delivering high-quality patient care.
