A respected Northern New England law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing Business Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team representing businesses, nonprofits, and individuals in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
The ideal candidate is a practical, business-minded attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, managing sophisticated transactions, and collaborating with a high-performing legal team. Attorneys with experience in mergers and acquisitions are encouraged to apply, though M&A experience is not required.
Qualifications:
Admission to the New Hampshire Bar
3+ years of legal experience
Strong corporate and transactional law background
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding interpersonal and client relationship abilities
M&A experience is a plus
