Hourly Wages:
$17 - $22 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Teach within our swim curriculum and help students achieve their swim goals!
- Have fun! Create an amazing swim lesson experience for our swimmers.
- Educate and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents & maintain discipline.
- Use appropriate oral communication skills with children and coworkers.

Requirements:
- A genuine love for working with and teaching children
- Experience working with children (volunteer or paid preferred)
- Comfortable in the water. A swimming background is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and teammates
- Consistent weekly availability (our schedule stays the same each week, so rotating schedules aren’t a fit)
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends
- A commitment to reliability and attendance (instructors are expected to maintain at least 90% attendance for their scheduled classes)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness and ability to be in the water for up to 4 hours per shift
