Job Title: Mental Health Counselor (LCMHCA/LCMHC/LCSW/LMFT)
Location: The Calming Center of Mount Airy, PLLC – 114 W. Lebanon St., Mt. Airy, NC
The Calming Center is a wellness-focused group private practice built on collaboration, integrity, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy (couples/family optional based on licensure)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Utilize evidence-based interventions
- Coordinate care as appropriate
- Participate in supervision and team consultation
- Maintain full time caseload (26-30 clients/week)
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- LCMHC or LCMHCA or LCSW in North Carolina
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
- Professionalism and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
