Job Summary for Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care Contract RN
Nurse Connection Staffing is currently seeking Albany, Oswego, Rochester & Syracuse based licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to fill contract staffing needs for business partners throughout Central and Western New York (Rochester, Syracuse). The ideal candidate will hold a valid NYS Registered Nursing License and have 2 years of full-time experience working in Hospital & Acute Care setting within the past 3 years.
Current contract opportunities include (but NOT limited to):
- Medical-Surgical Unit “Med-Surg” or Med Surg / Telemetry (Tele)
- ICU – Intensive Care Unit
- ER – Emergency Room or ED Emergency Department
- OR – Operating Room
- PCU – Progressive Care Unit
- NiCu – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- L&D – Labor & Delivery
- PACU – Post Anesthesia Care unit
- Cardiac – step down unit
Qualifications / Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must hold a valid NYS Registered Nursing License
- Within the past 3 years you must have 2 years of full-time experience working in Hospital & Acute Care setting
- Current medical documentation to include physical and PPD within the past year and proof of MMRs (immunizations or Titers)
- To work as a Registered Nurse in one of our specialty areas you must meet additional requirements
