We are a BCBA-owned ABA therapy company expanding into Texas, with established operations in Florida. We are seeking a full-time Hybrid BCBA to provide clinical supervision, program development, and oversight in a supportive and ethical environment.
Our model focuses on low caseloads, quality care, and clinician support—not high-volume productivity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year
- Full-time, salaried position
- Low caseload (3–6 clients initially)
- Hybrid schedule (combination of in-person and remote work)

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), both in-person and remotely
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on data analysis
- Provide parent training and caregiver support in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with clinical leadership for case review and quality assurance
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA therapy (clinic or home-based)
- Experience with hybrid or telehealth/remote supervision preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site as needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Location
- Hybrid – must be able to commute to our Texas clinic and support clients in Texas time zones

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday (flexible scheduling)
