The Martino Group is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations for a brand-new Class A apartment community delivering in the next 60 days.
This is not a typical maintenance role.

Property Readiness & Quality Control:
- Ensure all units meet Class A make-ready standards
- Identify and resolve construction or punch issues
- Maintain curb appeal and overall condition
Maintenance Operations:
- Oversee work orders, turns, and preventative maintenance
- Perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Team Leadership:
- Train, mentor, and manage maintenance staff
- Delegate work and ensure quality and timeliness
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate vendors and manage contracts
- Ensure work meets company standards and budget
Resident Experience:
- Deliver fast, professional service
- Maintain strong communication with residents and management
- Hands-on leader
- Strong problem solver
- Detail-oriented with high standards
- Accountable and reliable
- Calm under pressure
- 5+ years of maintenance experience
- 3+ years HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
- Leadership experience preferred
