As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible to work on both residential & commercial losses in the event of extensive water damage, fire damage, or possible mold. This process includes the complete mitigation process from entering a home and working with customers on source of loss, to job completion and documentation.
Job Description
This includes assessing water damage situations and presenting industry knowledge to customers.
Assist in performing needed documentation for our insurance carrier clients and our estimating team, including moisture mapping.
Assist other technicians to carry out tasks and proper procedure: including tearing or detaching drywall, cabinets, carpet, padding, paneling, etc. hauling to a debris disposal site, as well as lifting and placing drying equipment on a job.
Experience in the restoration industry involving water damage training and management of a team is required, as well as assisting in performing the field work.
