Job Description:
Aces Disposal a fast growing, locally owned waste disposal company, is seeking a CDL Class B Residential Rear Load Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a rear-load truck in a safe and timely manner, following all applicable laws and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate rear loader trucks for the collection of waste materials in designated areas.
- Drive residential route loading discarded waste items in back of truck.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and report any issues or damages to management.
- Assist in the training of new drivers on proper vehicle operation and safety practices.
- Collaborate with team to optimize collection routes and improve service delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 2 years of similar experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be familiar with area/streets.
- Be able to drive in all weather conditions.
- Clean Clearinghouse record.
- No major infractions on MVR for last 3 years.
- Current DOT Medical Certification
- Possess a CDL Class A or Class B Driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs on a regular basis
- Physically able to get in and out of truck on regular basis.
- Able to pass DOT drug test.
