POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall curb appeal of commercial properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure and clean and safe atmosphere.

Empty all waste containers and supply with liners.

Spray and pull weeds when necessary.

Trim bushes and trees when directed.
-
Spray out and clean trash areas.
-
Report and damages or property issues to manager.
-
Light maintenance ability required
-
Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.
