What You’ll Actually Do (and Love)
This isn’t a sit-and-wait-for-leads role. You’ll be in the driver’s seat:
- Build relationships with custom home builders and become their go-to door expert for repeat business.
- Generate your own leads your way — visit contractors’ offices, invite them to our downtown Salt Lake City showroom, run email campaigns, make calls, drop door hangers, network creatively — whatever works, you do it.
- Master our extensive CRM to revive old leads that turn into very profitable wins.
- Handle showroom tours, phone consultations, follow-ups, and custom proposals.
- Spend most of your time on the phone, at the computer, or in our beautiful showroom — no cold-calling strangers or endless travel.
You’ll have total autonomy on how you hunt and close, backed by a proven system and a product that practically sells itself once builders see it.

- No base salary — 100% uncapped, unlimited commission.

- 1–3 years of sales experience (any industry is fine — we care more about your confidence talking to people than specific door knowledge).
- Trainable and coachable — you’re excited to learn our process, our language, and our way of building trust.

- Strong follow-up skills and a relationship-building mindset.
- Ready to work in our downtown Salt Lake City showroom, Monday–Friday, 8-hour days.
