Assembly Opportunity! Wiring
Job Summary
Measure, cut, terminate, route, and tie wires to build wire harnesses. Install harnesses and components using soldering and crimping techniques, perform continuity and functional testing, inspect completed assemblies, and troubleshoot or repair defects as needed.
Shift & Pay
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
- Overtime required (average 50–55 hours/week)
- $22/hour
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of color codes, assembly processes, and safety/quality standards
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Build and route wire harnesses to specifications
- Install harnesses, components, and subassemblies
- Perform soldering and crimping operations
- Conduct continuity and functional testing
- Inspect assemblies and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications
- Maintain tools and keep work area clean
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following PPE requirements
- Lift and move up to 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout a 10-hour shift
- Stand for up to 10 hours per shift
Pay: $22.00 per hour
