Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service roles within real estate or property management industries
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Administrative experience related to real estate transactions or legal documentation is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, energetic approach to closing deals
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales techniques that drive conversion success
