PACLOCK is looking for a relationship-driven and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support and grow our distributor network. This role combines inside sales, account management, and cross-functional project coordination to ensure our distributor partners receive exceptional support and accurate communication. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for distributors and play a key role in scaling the channel. You will report to the Strategic Program Manager and work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned distribution partners

Support onboarding of new distributors (setup, training, program alignment)

Maintain ongoing distributor relationships and ensure program compliance

Monitor and enforce pricing, MAP, and channel policies

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve distributor issues quickly

Track distributor activity, identify gaps, and escalate issues when needed

Support development and refinement of the Distribution Partner Program

Assist sales team with distributor-related requests and coordination
Within the first 2 to 3 months, you will:

Confidently manage day-to-day communication with distributors

Ensure all assigned distributors are aligned with pricing and program rules

Independently resolve common issues without escalation

Identify and flag problems early (pricing conflicts, onboarding gaps, etc.)

Become a reliable internal resource for distributor-related questions
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, supply chain, or related field or equivalent work experience in distribution, manufacturing, or channel sales

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)

Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and systems

High attention to detail and process-driven mindset

Comfortable working across teams (sales, operations, etc.)
