WE’RE HIRING — WORKING FOREMAN
Lead and work alongside crews on commercial remodel projects
Coordinate daily field activities with the Project Manager and subcontractors
Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and scopes of work
Perform and oversee demolition, framing, drywall, finish work, and general construction tasks
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Monitor jobsite progress, materials, manpower, and daily production
Identify field issues and communicate solutions to the Project Manager
Help maintain project schedules and keep work progressing efficiently
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
Strong hands-on construction skills and knowledge of commercial remodeling
Previous Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Superintendent, or similar field leadership experience
Ability to read plans and understand construction details
Ability to lead crews while remaining actively involved in the work
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
