What You’ll Do (and Love Doing)
- Welcome guests and deliver the highest level of customer service to help them join the Harley-Davidson family
- Match customers with the perfect bike using our proven, structured sales process
- Conduct demo rides, walk-arounds, appointment scheduling, and thorough follow-up on every lead
- Manage the full customer transaction and ensure every guest leaves smiling with the right “fit”
- Stay proactive with prospects and deliver an unforgettable purchasing experience
- Work in a fun, electric environment where your “gift of gab” and high energy turn dreams into reality
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is non-negotiable
- Outgoing, honest, people-person who loves meeting new riders and sharing our brand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid phone and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
- Motorcycle endorsement (or powersports riding experience) is a plus — but not required. We’ll sign you up for our training program to get your license if needed
- Open-minded and excited to learn — no experience necessary
The Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday. We work when the customers ride, but we make sure it’s fun every single day.
