About Us
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll develop engaging visual content, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen our brand across digital and print platforms.
What You'll Do
· Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, signage, advertisements, and trade show displays.
· Create graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
· Develop logos, brand assets, illustrations, and visual concepts.
· Manage and update company websites using WordPress.
· Create and edit marketing videos and motion graphics.
· Edit photography and visual content for print and digital.
· Design presentations, product sheets, spec sheets, and sales collateral.
· Coordinate print production with vendors.
· Maintain Products in Electrify Rep Portal
· Assist with email marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
· Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.
· Maintain company branding standards.
· Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital design.
· Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Experience designing for print and digital media.
· Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
· Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with WordPress.
· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
· Adobe After Effects and video editing.
· Photography and photo editing.
· Familiarity with CorelDRAW or Sketch.
· Social media content management.
· Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
