Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep grounds vibrant and healthy
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to control pests and promote healthy growth
- Perform routine inspections of grounds and equipment to identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs or coordinate repairs as necessary
Requirements
- Ability to operate ground maintenance machinery such as mowers, power tools, chainsaws, and company vehicles safely
- Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with power tool safety standards and equipment maintenance procedures
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds care
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly
