This Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future Station Supervisors and Station Managers. Trainees will begin with hands-on station operations and gradually develop skills in team coordination, data analysis, process improvement, and station management.
This is not a purely administrative or data-analysis position. Candidates must be willing to work directly with frontline teams and learn station operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete structured station operations and management training;
- Learn receiving, scanning, sorting, staging, loading, dispatch, and package-flow processes;
- Support frontline employee training, attendance tracking, task assignment, and shift coordination;
- Monitor package volume, staffing, productivity, accuracy, safety, and delivery progress;
- Use Excel, handheld scanners, internal systems, and operational reports;
- Identify and follow up on sorting errors, scanning issues, damaged or missing packages, delays, and staffing gaps;
- Coordinate with warehouse employees, drivers, dispatch teams, customer service, and station management;
- Communicate operational updates between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking teams;
- Assist with workflow improvement, corrective actions, and daily reporting;
- Develop the leadership and operational skills required for future station management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English;
- Valid U.S. driver’s license;
- Strong interest in logistics, frontline operations, and people management;
- Willing to relocate to an assigned GOFO station within the Northeast Region after training;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active station environment;
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, or changing shifts based on operational needs;
- Strong responsibility, self-discipline, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable reviewing operational data and connecting data with actual station conditions;
- Interested in developing toward a future Station Supervisor or Station Manager position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, business, operations management, engineering, data analytics, or a related field;
- Internship or work experience in logistics, warehousing, delivery, manufacturing, retail, restaurant operations, or another fast-paced environment;
- Experience in team coordination, campus leadership, employee training, volunteering, or project management;
- Familiarity with Excel, WMS, RF scanners, PDA devices, or inventory systems.
Previous formal management experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will be evaluated based on learning ability, operational mindset, reliability, bilingual communication, and leadership potential.
Training and Relocation
All selected trainees will begin on a coordinated start date and complete approximately one month of centralized training at:
8001 Industrial Hwy, Carteret, NJ 07008
GOFO will provide lodging during the first month of training.
Employees are responsible for their own:
- Transportation to and from New Jersey;
- Airfare, train fare, gas, tolls, and local transportation;
- Meals and personal expenses.
After training, candidates must accept relocation and station assignment within the Northeast Region based on business needs.
For approved business travel to a station outside the employee’s assigned base location, GOFO provides a $65 per day travel allowance, subject to company policy.
Compensation and Development
- $23.00 per hour

- 使用Excel、手持扫描设备、内部系统和运营报表；
- 识别并跟进错分、扫描异常、包裹破损、丢失、延误和人员不足等问题；
- 与仓库员工、司机、调度、客服及站点管理人员协作；
- 协助中英文团队之间的运营信息沟通；
- 参与流程改善、异常整改和日常运营汇报；
- 培养未来承担站点管理职责所需的领导力和运营能力。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历
- 具备专业水平的普通话和英语听说读写能力
- 必须持有有效的美国驾照
- 对物流、一线运营和人员管理有浓厚兴趣
- 可接受在新泽西Carteret进行约一个月的集中培训
- 培训结束后可接受东北大区内的异地调配及站点安排
- 能够适应快节奏、需要一定体力投入的站点环境
- 可接受早班、晚班、周末、节假日或根据运营需求调整班次
- 具备较强的责任心、自律性、沟通能力、团队意识和问题解决能力
- 对运营数据具备一定敏感度，能够将数据与现场情况结合
- 有意愿长期向站点主管或站长方向发展。
优先条件
- 物流、供应链、工商管理、运营管理、工程、数据分析或相关专业；
- 有物流、仓储、配送、制造、零售、餐饮运营等快节奏环境的实习或工作经验；
- 有团队协调、校园组织、员工培训、志愿服务或项目管理经验；
- 熟悉Excel、WMS、RF Scanner、PDA或库存管理系统。
正式管理经验不是硬性要求，公司将重点评估候选人的学习能力、运营意识、稳定性、双语沟通能力和管理潜力。
培训及异地调配
所有入选培训生将统一时间入职，并在以下地点完成约一个月的集中培训：

公司将在首月培训期间提供住宿。
员工需自行承担：
- 往返新泽西的交通费用；
- 机票、火车票、油费、过路费及当地交通费用；
- 餐饮和个人支出。
培训结束后，候选人需根据业务需求接受东北大区内的站点分配及异地调动。
如因工作需要前往非本人Base站点出差，公司将按照政策提供每天65美元的出差补贴。
