American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Siemens and GE scanners for a fast-paced emergency department setting at a large acute care hospital.

Emergency department CT setting within a large acute care hospital (500+ beds)
-
Full patient age range served, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
-
Procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
-
Routine ED patients as well as code stroke and trauma cases
-
Daily caseload of 150–200 scans across 4 rooms; individual tech caseload is approximately 8–12 patients per 8-hour shift
-
4x10-hour night shifts, Monday–Thursday block, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
No call, no floating, and no weekend requirements

Equipment includes Siemens and GE scanners

EMR: Epic; imaging system: Visage
-
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
-
Experience at a 500+ bed acute care hospital required
-
Proficiency with both Siemens and GE scanners required
-
Experience in inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings required
-
Experience with code stroke and trauma cases required
-
Current BLS, ARRT(R), and ARRT(CT) certifications required
-
Visage experience required
-
License required if applicable

This is a very fast-paced emergency department environment

Preferred skills include outpatient experience, IV starts, PACS, and contrast administration
-
Royal blue scrubs required

First-time travelers will be considered
