Able Minds ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to providing high-quality ABA services that make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate data and complete session notes in a timely manner
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members
Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Active RBT certification in good standing (preferred)
Behavior Technician experience encouraged to apply
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes
