Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Conduct regular floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces
- Monitor and promptly address any spills or hazards to ensure guest safety at all times
- Restock supplies in public restrooms and refresh common areas to ensure comfort and convenience for guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to coordinate cleaning schedules and special event preparations
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous facility excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shift hours
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest interactions
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines
