Floss & Co. is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Dental experience is REQUIRED.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands dentistry, treatment planning, insurance, and the daily operations of a busy dental office.

Required Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, insurance, and treatment sequencing
✅ Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✅ Exceptional communication and people skills
✅ Positive, upbeat, energetic personality
✅ Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
✅ Professional appearance with excellent personal presentation
What You'll Do
- Present treatment plans with confidence, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Educate patients on recommended treatment and answer questions
- Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements
- Help patients maximize insurance benefits and move forward with treatment
- Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding balances
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the front office to ensure seamless patient care
- Keep schedules productive and contribute to practice growth
