Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Clear tables efficiently, bussing and resetting for incoming guests while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Familiarity with food industry standards for sanitation, food safety, and proper food preparation
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
