Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to maintain overall cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to uphold health standards
- Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and completed tasks for operational efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles with a focus on commercial cleaning environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures to ensure safe work practices
