Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the baking team to ensure efficient production
- Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and safety standards
- Order and manage inventory of baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the management team to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a lead baker or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
