Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble guest orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Assist in managing inventory control, including stock rotation and ordering supplies to prevent shortages
- Supervise daily shift activities, ensuring team members follow food safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Train new staff members on food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Food production, kitchen organization, and maintaining profitability through cost control measures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations
- Ability to perform basic math for order accuracy and inventory tracking
- Excellent communication skills for training, and team leadership
- Experience with restaurant management, shift management, or culinary roles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
