Title: YouthGold Youth Baseball Pitching Coach
Location: San Francisco (Driving is essential)
Salary: Fixed Hourly
Dates: Feb 15, 2026 to May 16, 2026 (potential for continued work)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to fill the role of YouthGold Youth Baseball Coach. As a coach, you will work closely with the Director of Coaching to develop training programs, organize practices and games, and provide effective and age-appropriate instruction to young athletes. You will be responsible for helping players develop their skills, instilling teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and team performance
- Organize practices and games, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all players
- Provide effective and age-appropriate instruction to young athletes
- Instill teamwork and sportsmanship in players
- Evaluate player progress and provide feedback to players and parents
- Communicate effectively with parents, players, and other staff members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of coaching experience, preferably in youth baseball
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members
- Passion for coaching and developing young athletes
