We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable caregiver to fill our Personal Care Manager position and join our team to provide private duty home care for our client located in the Plymouth/Northville area.
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Personal Care Manager to join our team to provide short-term care for one of our clients located in the Plymouth/Northville area. At the time this is a temporary position and starts August 17, 2026, and is currently expected to run 6-8 weeks but could potentially be long-term should the need arise. This is a part-time shift, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-1:00PM (20 hours per week).
As a Personal Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to seniors in need. This role requires a strong understanding of and experience with senior care. While this is a home care position, it has a strong emphasis on household management and maintaining a clean, structured environment, in addition to assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed, such as:
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Companionship and conversation
- Monitoring general client well-being
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals of all ages
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Background check required
-Ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks
-Compassionate and respectful demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred
- Valid CNA certification required
