Duties
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage documentation including reports, proposals, and project updates with precision and clarity
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with office management tasks like filing, calendar management, and maintaining organized records
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions
- Conduct proofreading and quality checks on project materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Facilitate effective communication by maintaining phone etiquette and providing customer support
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse teams and clients
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of office equipment including multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred
