North Shore Inn Condo Hotel offers 27 units in one location with a helpful and supportive team that has all the tools and supplies to do a great cleaning job daily. Hands-on, available management are onsite to support and help all team members. This opportunity can be short term or long term depending on what you are looking for. There is opportunity for cross-training at the Front Desk as well.

We have very tenured staff who can provide great training, knowledge and expertise to guide you. Our housekeeping team is a key ingredient to our success and reputation of the property.
The starting wage is $18-20/hr which includes a $2 bonus per hour worked. Bonus is dependent on team members ability to show up on time for scheduled shifts. We value experience and will consider it in wage negotiations.
Purpose:
To clean guest rooms and building public areas with a high degree of quality and presentation.
Essential Functions:
- Clean rooms assigned for the day in an efficient manner
- Assist team members to complete all rooms to be cleaned for the day
- Clean building interior, including but not limited to lobby, public restrooms, hallways, common areas, as directed
- Keep housekeeping areas, including carts, closets, and storage areas, clean and organized
- Assist in exterior cleanliness, including but not limited to picking up trash, straightening lawn and beach chairs, and cleaning windows.
- Assist in laundry operations, including washing, folding, and stocking necessary daily linen.
Additional Duties:
- Assist guests in an emergency situation.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Physical ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good written and verbal skills to communicate to staff, ability to read and follow directions

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with bonus criteria met.
