Our Behavior Technicians are offered a variety of work environments, flexible schedules, and ongoing support from our friendly management and clinical team.
Schedule & Availability
Most of our clients are looking for Behavior Technicians who are available after school, typically between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Candidates with availability during these hours, especially on weekdays, are strongly encouraged to apply.
We offer flexible, part-time schedules with the possibility of gaining additional hours based on client needs and availability.
Job Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
- Provide 1-on-1 in-home and community-based ABA therapy according to the schedule arranged with the client’s family.
- Travel to the client’s home or school to provide therapy sessions and ensure the client remains in a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
- Build a strong rapport with clients while helping them work toward their individualized treatment goals.
- Implement ABA strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and accurately document data and daily observations to help monitor each client’s progress.
- Communicate important observations and updates with the BCBA and appropriate members of the care team.
- Receive ongoing supervision and training from a BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques and treatment procedures are followed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with clients and their families.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support while helping each client develop new skills and reach their maximum potential.

What We Are Looking For
You have:
- The ability to communicate effectively in English.
- The ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, with weekday after-school availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM strongly preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to stay organized while managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in helping children learn, grow, and reach their goals.
Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or working with children is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
