Just Like Home is actively hiring for a variety of positions for on the East and West Sides of Cleveland. In these roles you will be an active support in the daily lives of individuals with developmental Disabilities.
Just Like Home provides paid training, ongoing support, PTO time after 6 months, bonus and OT opportunities and a $1.00 hourly increase after 90 days.
The following positions are available immediately:
DSP - Every other weekend is required. Starting pay $15
Weekend Warrior - You are a DSP who commits to working every Saturday and Sunday. Great opportunity for a student! Starting pay $16
Lead DSP - You are the important link between our DSPs and the Regional Program Manager. You are on-call Monday through Friday, and work every other weekend. You will receive a $25 cell phone reimbursement on each paycheck. Starting pay $17
Eligible candidates must have HS Diploma/GED, be at least 18 years old, Driver's License, Social Security Card and be able to pass a criminal background check.
