Lead Generation
- Wildcat Movers generates 800-1500 inbound leads per month. There are plenty of lead opportunities.
- Self Generated leads through networking or cold calling will earn additional 5% commission.
Compensation:
- $58,000-$76,000 per year.
- No Income Cap! Potential to make $100,000+
Training - 2 Months
- Hourly: $20/Hour. $3,200/month
- Commission: 3% Gross Sales. $1,500-$3,000/month
Move Coordinator Compensation
- Hourly: $12/Hour. $3,200/month
- Commission: 5% Gross Sales
Senior Move Coordinator
- Commission: 8% Gross Sales
Company Information:
- MUST live within 30 minutes of our office to get an interview.
- MUST have reliable transportation to and from work. Work starts promptly at 8 am.
- We are looking for a hard working individual that will fit well with our team. We do monthly "Hang Outs" with our employees. In the past we have done paint ball, Top Golf, and Dallas Stars games. Attendance at hang outs are optional. Come work at a great organization.
Requirements:
- Good organization skills.
- Good communication skills. Friendly phone demeanor.
- Use CRM (customer relationship management) to manage inbound leads.
- Answer the phones. Respond to emails, and other messages.
- Gather information about the move.
- Provide accurate estimates.
- Book Deal or set Follow Up date with potential customer.
- Virtual In Home Estimates using video calls.
- Prepare invoices the day before the moves are to be executed.
Schedule
5 Days per week. Weekend availability required.
Wildcat Movers operates 7 days a week. As a Move Coordinator you must be willing to work weekend shifts.
