We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual who enjoys meeting
new people and building relationships. This is a long-term career opportunity where you will
learn a specialized restoration trade while helping businesses restore damaged furniture and
fixtures.
Your primary responsibility will be visiting local businesses, introducing our restoration services,
generating new work, and completing restoration projects after receiving training.
Services You’ll Offer
You will learn to repair and restore:
● Cracked or chipped tile
● Leather seats and upholstery
● Fabric damage
● Small dents and scratches on desks, furniture, and chairs
● Other minor commercial restoration projects
Typical jobs range from $300 to $1,000.
Responsibilities
● Visit local businesses to introduce New Creation Restoration’s services.
● Build relationships with property managers, office managers, hotels, medical facilities,
schools, and other commercial clients.
● Generate new restoration opportunities.
● Perform restoration work after completing company training.
● Manage your schedule efficiently and work independently.
● Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.
Compensation:
● $15.00 per hour
● 5% commission on every job you secure and complete

Qualifications:
● Authorized to work in the United States
● Able to pass a background check
● Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
● Must not be colorblind (accurate color matching is essential)
● Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
● Self-motivated and dependable
● Willing to learn a new skill and committed to long-term growth
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision
