Responsibilities
- Safely operate high-speed debatching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications
- Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer requirements
- Use the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipment
- Train on visual defect recognition, classification, and BARCO inspection operations
- Cross-train on multiple high-speed debatchers and in-line inspection
- Work closely with team members and an on-the-job trainer to learn the role and expectations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to apply training accurately in daily activities
- Ability to wear required PPE: Safety goggles, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and ear plugs in designated areas.
Shift: Tuesday–Saturday / 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: $15.24/hr
