As our OBGYN Physician you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional women's healthcare within the integrated CommonSpirit Mountain Region in a location that is rural yet one hour from the Denver metro area. Every day you will provide high-quality women's health services within a modern clinic co-located at St. Elizabeth Hospital, supported by a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and a specialized C-section suite. Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse range of obstetric and gynecological care, adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and professional excellence. You will contribute to a collaborative environment, participating in a balanced call schedule of seven shifts per month, enjoying a flexible work week, and benefiting from affordable, top-rated on-site childcare. Your focus will remain on patient outcomes and community well-being, leveraging integrated support systems for supply chain, technology, and financial management.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible OBGYN specialist with a passion for delivering patient-centered care and upholding customary practice standards. You will demonstrate a commitment to professional development, utilizing provided CME funds to stay abreast of the latest advancements in obstetrics and gynecology. Delivers High-Quality Patient Care and Documentation: Physicians provide superior ambulatory care, conducting examinations, services, and maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with all policies, including those for managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Adheres to Regulatory and Ethical Standards: Physicians strictly comply with all federal and state reimbursement plans, the ethical and religious directives of sponsoring entities, and the Hospital's comprehensive policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.

Engages in Quality Improvement and Peer Review: Physicians actively participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives, contribute to physician peer review, utilization review, and serve on medical staff committees as assigned to enhance overall service delivery.

Contributes to Operational Excellence and Professional Growth: Physicians advise on operational matters, including personnel, business oversight, and equipment evaluation, while maintaining professional competence through continuous medical education and board certification, staying abreast of the latest medical developments.
We are offering a guaranteed base salary of $406,389, with additional call and incentive pay, alongside a generous $39,078 sign-on bonus and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance.
