Agency Overview
Elevating To New Heights LLC is a behavioral health agency dedicated to supporting youth and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Our agency provides individualized behavioral health interventions in the home, school, and community settings. We specialize in supporting youth with severe behavioral issues, emotional instability, trauma histories, and youth involved in the foster care system.
We are seeking motivated, ethical, and dependable individuals who demonstrate compassion, strong boundaries, and the ability to engage youth and families with professionalism at all times.
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a closely related field
- Experience working with youth and families in a professional capacity
- Ability to obtain or currently possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working computer/laptop or tablet for documentation
- Valid Nevada driver’s license, current registration, and auto insurance
Key Responsibilities
All associates will be responsible for:
- Providing skill-based behavioral health interventions in home, school, and community environments
- Following and implementing a structured rehabilitative treatment plan
- Supporting youth with emotional regulation, coping skills, social skills, and behavioral stabilization
- Encouraging pro-social behavior and engagement in positive activities
- Maintaining professional communication with families, supervisors, and collaborating professionals
- Ensuring all interactions uphold agency standards, client rights, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines
Documentation & Reporting Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Write daily case notes
- Complete monthly progress reports
- Complete 90-day review reports
- Document client interactions with accuracy, clarity, and adherence to agency standards
- Maintain strong time-management and organizational skills to meet all documentation deadlines
- Work independently while following supervisory guidance and agency protocols
Training
Selected candidates will receive required agency training prior to working with clients.
Training includes:
- Behavioral health intervention techniques
- Documentation standards
- Confidentiality and HIPAA
- Professional boundaries and ethics
- Mandated reporting procedures under Nevada law
- Agency policies and procedures
Professional Expectations
All staff must demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional conduct with clients, families, and partnering agencies
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisory staff
- Strong organizational skills and dependable follow-through
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when interacting with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accountability
- Punctuality, reliability, and consistent engagement with clients

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
