At Tutto Tavola, hospitality starts the moment our guests walk through the door. We're looking for an experienced Host who can confidently manage the flow of a busy dining room while creating an exceptional first impression.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and understands that great hospitality begins with organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Control dining room flow and seating pace
- Communicate constantly with managers and servers
- Balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency
- Answer phones and assist guests professionally
- Maintain a clean and welcoming host stand
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of host experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience with reservation systems (Toast Tables experience is a plus)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure during busy shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
