Our team specializes in face-to-face direct marketing, connecting with business owners to promote AT&T's products and services in a more personal and effective way.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent the AT&T brand in person across the Charlotte metro
- Engage directly with business owners to promote service upgrades and special offers
- Build product knowledge to confidently match business needs with solutions
- Track interactions and follow up with leads
- Attend hands-on training and team development sessions
- Collaborate with a tight-knit local team in a goal-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing and confident communicator
- Eager to start a career in marketing, outreach, or brand development
- Enjoys face-to-face interaction and working in the field
- Comfortable navigating conversations and overcoming objections
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
