We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our sales team at our Purcell, OK location! We are the largest trailer dealership network in the country! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, finance applications and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
*Duties*
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
-Maintain a clean and accurate business page with updates made daily.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A proactive attitude towards advertising and promoting products to enhance sales & customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.

Salary plus commission up to 19% per sale. Salary paid bi-weekly. Commission paid weekly.
