This isn't your typical "back of the house" kitchen. Our kitchen is open to the dining room, so you're part of the energy of the restaurant. You'll see guests enjoying the food you create, interact with the front-of-house team, and be part of the entire guest experience.
Our restaurant features a full bar, a beautiful outdoor patio, and a private event room. Throughout the year we host everything from book clubs, bridal and baby showers, annual meatball eating contest, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, and rehearsal dinners to live music and community events. No two weeks are exactly the same, and there's always something happening.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Work stations including sauté, pizza oven, prep and fryer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Help with prep, stocking, and kitchen open/closing duties
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket accuracy
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work alongside the kitchen team to maintain efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen line cook experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated
- Strong communication and work ethic
- Weekend and evening availability required
