Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Meat Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and growing sales with restaurants, retailers, and foodservice clients throughout the local market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with restaurants, retailers, and foodservice customers
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and outside sales efforts
- Manage customer accounts, orders, and follow-ups
- Promote and upsell meat and protein products
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales or foodservice sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- INDISPENSABLE: Must have prior experience selling protein/meat products within the local El Paso market and have existing industry relationships
Pay: From $2,600.00 per month
