This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:-
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.
- This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
Qualifications:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
- Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.
